Become a Cash Buyer

The best buyer is an all-cash buyer. And, here's how you can become one.

An "all-cash" buyer is a buyer who has the financial capability of closing a purchase transaction. This simply means that the seller is assured that the buyer has the money to close the deal.

How do you become an "all-cash" buyer?

Simply get pre-approved for a mortgage loan before you go shopping for a home.

I'm not talking about a "pre-qualification" letter. I'm talking about getting a real, bona fide written mortgage commitment.

How much time does it take?

In most cases, a lender can do your credit report, and review your employment history within about 1/2 hour. And, assuming there are no serious problems, a lender can, and usually will issue a firm mortgage commitment to you right then and there. And, poof . . . you're an all-cash buyer

Then, when you find the home of your dreams, you are in the strongest possible negotiating position.

To get the process started (and completed), either contact me for a list of mortgage lenders and their representatives, or contact your preferred mortgage representative.
